There are two hanger base mounts on the main unit, and the hanger can be attached to either one.
The optional Round Hanger can also be used together.
With optional add-ons, you can grill from both sides.
When attached facing downward, it can hold tongs or bamboo skewers.

The skewer stays steady without spinning too much, letting you grill
exactly the side you want.
Stand the skewer upright for fish,
and enjoy slow, thorough grilling!
