The lightweight insulating bricks used in this grill contain numerous air pockets, providing outstanding heat
insulation.
Black Heat-Resistant Coating
The surface is coated with our proprietary black (gray) heat-resistant paint, specially developed to emit strong
far-infrared radiation.
The coating is heat-resistant to over 1200°C and is completely harmless even when exposed to high temperatures.
This is the first and only coating of its kind to be used on a charcoal grill.
Air-Cooled Design
Cool air is drawn in from the bottom while hot air is expelled from the top.
This air-cooled system has made it possible to create a charcoal grill with a wooden body - something never before

Jizaikagi (adjustable hook for hanging pots) - sold separately
Using a jizaikagi allows you to enjoy the traditional ambiance of an irori hearth.
It rotates 360 degrees and features an adjustable chain for easy height control.
All units come with pre-drilled holes for base attachment.
If you order it together with the main unit, we will attach the jizaikagi base (as shown in the photo) before shipping.
By placing a trivet (sold separately), you can also use iron kettles or pots.
The stainless steel chirori (sold separately) is a traditional vessel used for gently warming sake or other beverages. It can be placed directly near the charcoal fire for authentic, gradual heating.
Stackable for compact storage.

◯ Brick Section
Lightweight insulating bricks are used, containing many air pockets, making them light yet highly heat-insulating.
Even with a small amount of charcoal, they emit strong infrared heat.
The surface is coated with a safe black heat-resistant paint, with a heat tolerance of over 1200°C.
Note: If the bricks wear or chip, the white color of the brick material may become visible.
◯ Surface Temperature (Tabletop)
Do not use on heat-sensitive tables, vinyl sheets, or delicate painted surfaces. Even when using the included rubber
mat, prolonged high heat may cause warping, discoloration, or damage.
◯ Brick Deterioration and Staining
Over long-term use, the bricks may crack, chip, or wear. Oil or food stains may penetrate the surface and cannot be
removed once absorbed. *You may place ash over the bricks to help prevent staining. *Replacement bricks are
available and can be swapped out by the user.
◯ Wood Frame Aging
Due to changes in temperature and humidity, the wood may expand or contract. Cracks or gaps in joints may become
noticeable over time.
◯ Handling and Storage
Do not turn the unit upside down or store it on its side, as the metal hearth and bricks are not fixed and may fall
out. *None of the components (wood, metal hearth, bricks) are screwed or glued together.
